Cancellation Policy

Booking Process: Reservations can be made online at RPWhiteGloveShuttle.com, by phone at (480) 442-2293, or by email at RockyPointWhiteGloveShuttle@gmail.com. All passengers are required to provide their full name, contact information, travel date, and pickup/drop-off locations. A valid passport is required for all passengers traveling across the U.S.–Mexico border. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. Confirmation & Payment: Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. Payments are processed securely through our online booking system via credit card, Stripe, or PayPal. Fares are quoted in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes and standard fees. Modifications & Cancellations: Modifications to your reservation (such as date, passenger count, or pickup location) must be requested at least 72 hours prior to departure and are subject to availability. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Pickup & Drop-Off Policy: Passengers must be ready for pickup at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup; late passengers may forfeit their reservation without refund. Drop-off locations will be confirmed during booking to ensure safe, convenient service within the approved service areas. Group & Charter Bookings: Group and private charter reservations must be arranged directly with a Company representative. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure group or charter service, with full payment due 7 days before travel. Modifications to group bookings must be made in writing and approved in advance. Travel Requirements: All passengers are required to carry valid travel documents (passports, visas, or entry permits). Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denial of service without refund. The Company is not responsible for delays or denials at U.S. or Mexican border checkpoints. Customer Conduct: Rocky Point White Glove Van Service, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. Seat belts must be worn at all times during travel. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on board is permitted with written approval prior to departure.
