Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in Company vehicles unless specific arrangements are made prior to departure. Passengers who exhibit disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may be refused service without refund. The Company reserves the right to refuse transport to any person whose conduct may compromise safety or comfort.
